Going to the theatre can be a thrilling experience, and we want everyone to enjoy their experience at the Horowitz Theatre.

Please be aware of the following policies before attending an event in one of our venues.

In order to ensure that our patrons are comfortably seated, we recommend that you allow extra time to park and find your seats before the performance is scheduled to begin. Entrance to the House may be limited after the performance has started. All shows listed on the Upcoming Shows page include a door time, the time which the lobby opens. The House will normally be open 30 minutes before the start of the performance.

Tickets purchased from third party websites or persons assume all risk to the purchaser. The Horowitz Events Centre does not accept liability for tickets purchased from third parties and cannot guarantee the authenticity of such tickets.
